hi all, totally bizzare question. ihave been unable to open msn mail and other folders.
message i get is no java script support and scripts being blocked, i have added norton anti virus 2 days ago so could this be a problem? if not how do i reinstate java script?

Yes norton could be blocking it. Did it work before you installed norton? Try uninstalling it to see if you can now access msn mail. Restart after uninstalling norton. I don't use norton because I've heard of it causing more problems than it is worth. Besides there are plenty of excellent FREE anti malware software programs.

Again, yes especially if it worked before you installed norton but doesn't now.

akash if you read the terms of use it is requested that users do not hijack other user's help thread by asking for help; just because you seem to have the same problem doesn't mean that you actually have exactly the same problem. Adding your help request into another user's thread can create confusion for the helpers and especially for the person who created the thread. Please create a separate help thread.
