When i try to start visual web developer , i get the fatal exception error and the program does not start , anybody have solution for it please help me.

I just uninstalled the visual web developer from ADD REMOVE PROGRAMS and then reinstalled the program , now it is working properly, But i will like to know why this error was coming if anybody knows.
