    BSOD Stop Error

    Hello, I have Google'd the stop error that I'm getting any have yet to find a suggestion that I'm even able to try. This is because when I turn on my computer I get a message that says Operating System Not Found, and the only F key that work is F2 for the BIOS.

    It began just happening about once a day then every time I turned on my notebook. I decided to use the Sony VAIO recovery program and restore my notebook. It got half way through and said Error 330. I then used the same program to restore the C drive, it got half way through with the Error 330 message, and this is when the Operating System Not Found message started to come. The only F keys I could use was F10 for Sony VAIO recovery center and F2 for BIOS. I used my recovery disk and tried reinstalling Windows Vista just to get

    "STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
    The initial session process or system process termination unexpectedly with a status of 0x00000000 (0xc0000221 0x0010034c).
    The system has been shut down".

    I use the Sony VAIO Recovery System to test my hard drive for issues and it found 0 problems. So I'm pretty sure it's a software issue.

    Well sadly I got extremely frustrated and decided to wipe my hard drive and reinstall Windows Vista. I wiped my hard drive put in the Windows Installation Disk and got the same error even after wiping my hard drive. I have no clue what to do now. Like I said earlier the only thing I can do now is press F2 for my BIOS.

    Thanks rokytnji for your help in my earlier post but I couldn't get anything to work.
    I have a Sony VAIO VGN FZ445E.

    Any information will be greatly appreciated.

    I'm having exactly the same problem.
    it has been suggested elsewhere the problem is caused by a nasty virus, but all the solutions offered involve the safe mode,which i can't use because only the f2 button works..

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
