Hi everyone, first time posting here. I just put together a new pc and installed Vista Home Premium on it, but every time I install it and try to get everything else installed (tried it a few times) I randomly get programs not working, ie. logitech LCD manager for my G15 keyboard and others like ASUS PC Probe II. So then I noticed that every time this starts I get an error saying that dl.exe cannot run because it's not compatible with 64bit systems or something, this happens every time I restart...

All right I'm reading the dl.exe is some kind of malware. Please go to our malware forum for help on this issue.
