i got the dual working but it feels slow

here's what i did, i made 3 partitions, one 10gb for 64Bit xp sp2,
one 50gb for 64Bit win vista ultimate sp1, and one of the rest of the hard drive 238Gb for all of my stuff.

all band new parts
here my specs, intel dual-core e2180, asus p5gc-mx/1333 motherboard,
2 gb of dd2 dual ch 667, hdd-w05-930 w.d. 320gb 16m sata2, and 500 watt ps

i think it should be faster because my computer was faster then this here the specs

2.6ghz cpu, 1.2gb of ddr 333, 200gb hdd 7200rpm,
