I am having a problem deleting files from my system. I downloaded a host of Robin Hood videos from limewire, most of them were fine. A few however didn't download properly so I deleted them from the limewire folder. However when I search for Robin Hood the incomplete files and the preview files still show up and when I go to delete them I get the usual error message "Cannot delete this file as it has been moved".

When you right click on the file name and go to the files host folder, the folder comes up as empty.

I can't delete them, rename them, cut them or anything!!!!

So how do I delete the file so that it doesn't show up when searched for?

Any help would be appreiciated.

Are you running a search in Vista or are you actually navigating to the folder?

Where there is the small toolbar to tell you what you have recently searched, does it let you close it temporarily from there? Oh, are you running the older version or PRO?
I'm presuming that you've already downloaded it but are having difficulty closing it. Have you tried directly deleting it from the file where it as been saved on your computer via explore. This should work and you should also be able to delete any others without a problem.

Otherwise, clear all inactive downloads even if they are not inactive.
