I have an Intel 82945G Express Chipset onboard graphics.

Driver version: 7.14.10.1147

Issue:

Screen flickers when in full screen mode in games such as Worl of Warcraft.

I had this issue before in XP then i updated the display drivers and all was fine, now that i've upgraded to Vista the problem has come back. I have tried updating the drivers but still not working :s

Issue Resolved!

The drivers supplied by Dell were old so I tried to update from Intel and got the error message: "The driver being installed is not validated for this computer. Please obtain the appropriate driver from the computer’s manufacturer. Setup will exit."

Had Dell on remote assistance for hours and they couldn't work out why it wouldn't work, then i rang intel and straight away they emailed me a link to this workaround to install the generic drivers: Graphics - Error: "driver being installed is not validated for this computer..."
