Media buttons on a Toshiba laptop

    Hi,

Ive got a Toshiba Equium laptop and the media buttons on it work fine with WMP, but I was wondering if there was any way to make them work with Winamp as well. I dont want to change my default media player to Winamp as I use WMP for watching videos mostly.

Is there anyway to do this? Make my media buttons work with more than the default media program?

    Thanks all.

oooh thats a nice laptop, my brother has one.. one with the touch sensitive keys that light up white?? :P

anyway, usually media butons work with whatever is open, so first question is, do you have to enable a plugin in winamp, cos I know the media buttons on my keyboard work with whatever's open, mp or itunes etc..

no touch sensitive buttons? how do you have media buttons?? if its meant to have those buttons, drag your finger along the top, above the keyboard, as the activation button is there somewhere

what? i have no idea about keys lighting up but i have a line of keys above the keyboard. Going from left to right.... Power → Browser → Media Player → Play/Pause → Stop → Back → Forward
