ok... so how do i post a picture from the internet to a website or a blog? i cant seem to find a way to save it, copy it, and post it onto the site. help!

That depends on the website or blog, and how it is being administered. The site may allow users to upload attachments. Or they may allow bbcode to insert an image, often from sites like PhotoBucket or ImageShack.
