My system crashed so i tried retrieving the info on my hard disk through another system using an external hard disk connector. when i removed my hdd from my laptop and connected it to another system, my user account refused to open it kept on saying access denied. I don't know how to access my user acct since there is no avenue prompting me to put my password.
i think this problem is because my user acct was passworded on my system dat crashed.

my problem now is how do i recover my information
