Hi, to all, am very new to computing & think I may have messed up my computer already. Only had it 3 months, hoping someone here will take pity on me and give me a hand to sort stuff out. My first problem is I can receive e-mails but cannot seem to reply to them by sending back a reply. I just get a box come on screen that says Application not found. I can sometimes send one from my hotmail address but only if I start it as a new e-mail. My next problem is I have got a message from Norton Security that says I have a trojan adclicker in my computer which constitutes big risk . What can I do? I keep trying to e-mail them, but as stated above I cannot get through. I thought I should be protected from this sort of thing with Norton. If anyone can help I would be so grateful. Also can any reply not be very technical. Thankyou in advance.
