HUAWEI E270 mobile 3g card vista issues

As I speak now the mobile 3g card has just disconnected and reconnected for the 20th time ,
At the moment I can only surf for 5 min at at time.
I think it is called device rollback.
I would greatly appreciate it if anyone else has experianced this issues with usb 3g cards .
I dont think it is related to the signal , its always strong.
I think it is a vista issue , it just doesnt like it.
Went to HUAWEI website , they have nothing , nor does o2.
I have to unplugg the card as vista says the device is not connected or not responding after it disconnects and reconnects.

Any one have a fix for this.
    cheers

ps this is what the device says

errorcode: 2 is an incompatible driver.

Are there drivers on their website? I don't see any.

Have you tried to contact them?

Technical Support - Welcome to Huawei.com

ewusbmdm.sys and ewusb etc. are Huawei drivers.

Assuming this is an USB modem I'd suggest switching to Ethernet if possible.
