i have windows vista, premium home edition. 2gb ram, gateway laptop, i cant download various files now suddenly with ie.. example: i tried to download mozilla and i get the following mssg.


i changed securtiy settings to medium security from custom level and no change?

same problem, there is something screwy in my settings but i cant find it. a small pop up diaglog box opens for a second before the download starts but then after awhile the mssg above shows up.. it is happening on 2 files i am trying to download.

i went to advanced settings tab on internet options and reset to factory settings and it worked.
