I was told you can transfer outlook express which I have on my main computer which is defunct at the moment (card problem) to the laptop .I am not computer literate but I do get by.So is there an easy way to do this.I do not understand all this POP 3 and SMTP Can any one help me

Vista no longer uses Outlook Express but uses Windows Mail.
