please can someone help
we have a desktop and a laptop in our home both purchased with vista home edition.
i have added our e-mail addresses on them but found we can open each others mail so i put the laptop as my default and the desk top as family.that never worked so we set the machines with a seperate password before you can use them but that has failed . Our ISP only provides help up to windows XP so i searched the web and came across you.

what email server are you using? such as yahoo or aol. Is it just out look express?
