I need help im really sick of this!!!

    Hello,
i have a sampled computer these are it's properties:
    intel pentium D CPU 3.40 GHz 3.40
    958MB
    32-bit operating system
i used to have windows xp on it but because it was not genuine i had to get it either reinstalled or get windows vista. i wanted xp but because it was sold out i had to go for windowx vista home premuim, it was very expensive! anyway after i installed it the wireless did not work so i had to go get a new wireless card, also my printer is not compatible and its hp laserjet 1020. also and most importantly its always freezing on me and i mean always like im writing this email very fast so i can get it done before it freezes. and when it freezes i cant turn it off i have to restart it then turn it off. i tokk it ot so many computer shops but none of them could figure out whats wrong with it. i dont know what to do anymore. should i uninstall it and install it again, or should i upgrade my computer to 2gb ram and 4duo processor. i really need help and i would be very grateful of it.
    thank you

958MB RAM is indicative of 64MB shared graphics.

This could be an issue. In other words you have no independent graphics card. Or do you?

Freezing is generally a hardware issue.

2GB RAM would be preferable but you definitely need a better graphics card if indeed you are onboard with only 64MB shared RAM.

With Vista 2GB is a must, and separate video card...256MB, I'd say. Personally I opted for 512MB, and I'm happy.

Not true, 2GB RAM on any machine is certainly a plus, but not a must for Vista. One of my machines running Vista has 1GB of RAM and runs Vista without any problems.

Like jephree said, the graphics card is the main issue that needs addressing and 2GB is preferable, not a must.

I'll opt for votum separatum....just IMHO

I would definately go for a minimum of 1gb ram with Vista Premium, and also definately go with a dedicated graphics card.

Vista's aero interface gobbles graphics power for breakfast (I find)
