Some driver is not happy.

as jephree has stated there has been a far share of problems with vista sp1. now these seems like a driver issue and im completely agreeing that sp1 is having driver conflicts with some of your current drivers. You asked when will you know SP1 becomes updated? check microsofts website once in a while and it should tell you. let us know if you have anymore problems

Thanks to both of you. I haven't had an issue since I down graded from SP1, well other then my usual laptop issues but those are still to be determined.

I have been saying in previous posts how I have no problems with SP1, well I have I seem to have lost all the Vista Ultimate Extra video which you could use as a screen saver, waterfalls with sound etc very calming. I was running one and the error message that was a fault and the item had stoped working and a message was going back to MS, Since then I have searched for the Ultimate Extras and they seem to have been deleted from the machine or at least I cannot find the files.

i also havent had any problems with sp1 but alot of others have seen many driver issues and what not. since everyone knows how confusing and picky computers can be, its all just a hit or miss right now until vista gets all its bugs worked out.
