I accidentally created an EXE archive that was larger than 4GB. Now I can't delete it. Vista states that you need permission to do so and it just won't work. Please help. And in addition, is it possible to have a 5GB RAR file and will it work correctly?

Try using Move On Boot:

The RAR should work on your computer.

If you want to upload it is where you will run into limitations.

Your RAR program should have the options to split it up.

Also your RAR software will certainly tell you what it can or cannot do.
