Hey having a little trouble i for the last week or so was getting BSOD every couple of times i booted up the last couple of days its been becomeing more frequent and yesterday the computer finally stopped booting up

whats happening is it loads vista and after that it comes to a black screen with my cursor hitting buttons does nothing if i let it sit it will go to screen saver and if i exit the screen saver nothing happens its just a black screen with the cursor

What screen saver do you mention? Not Vista I presume as it is not booting.

The black screen cursor indicates your hard drive is not being found or the boot sector is not being found.

I would definitely run the manufacturers diagnostic on the hard drive.

Also can you boot into Safe Mode?
