"logon process has failed to create the security options dialog"

I don't have time to type the issue i have but computer randomly freezes and I get this error when I try ctl alt dlt. If you do a google search it seems that I am not the only one having this problem.

Can you post full error message?
Does it say anything about I/O error?

That is the full error message. Usually I'd give a screen shot with the post but that whole screen is blank except the dialog box and the computer is froze up.

Go to your hard drive manufacturer web site, and download free diagnostic tool. You may have hard drive problem.
