    OS Version: 6_0_6000

Hi there, sorry for the delay but when I go into the minidump file and attempt to open the dump logs say access denied!! and also I cannot copy any to paste across. I have tried to follow some instructions ref using Debugging tools for Windows in the command prompt but again it will not bring up any of the files saying I don't have access?! Is there anything you can sugest that may rectify this problem

    This also might be necessary:

The Folder Options can now be found by clicking on the Organize menu on the left hand side of the window.

The Show hidden files and folders option is in the same place as Windows XP, in the View tab.
