I cannot access my administrator account on my laptop only another user account. 2 days now. The message reads: 'cannot access profile user login' ' please log off.' Any suggestions gratefully accepted.

Is this other user account also an administration account?

Since this is posted in the Windows Vista forum just maybe he/she might just be running vista?

Looks like a corrupt user profile,
Do you have anything you wish to keep from that user profile?

Other account is normal user account which I can access. Dont know which OS Im running. Thanks for tryin

Do you have the password for the admin account?

Is there files on the profile you wish to login on that you wish to keep???
