I get this error when trying to create a Recovery CD. Please see picture. I never had any other issues with DVD/CD burning. Do I really need a special drive to do this? forgot to mention this is using Windows Recovery creator, also I am running Vista (of course). I just want to Create a Recovery disc to have for the future in case I need to do just that.

If it matters I have a HP pavilion dv6436 (laptop) with a
"TSST Corp CD/DVDW TS-L632M ATA Drive"

I had very same problem with my Compaq (same company). I called HP, and they sent me Recovery CDs for free.
