i have a new 8.2 megapixel samsung camera and integral multicard reader.i cannot however install software of either on to my toshiba wireless laptop. a message is coming up saying i am missing something. my system is windows vista. i cannot put my photos nto my laptop.am i doing something wrong or have any body experienced same. please advise.

These devices in general do not require software to simply operate.
