    What programs are running?

Have you tried manually closing all programs?

    Do you use AOL?

By "hangs" do you mean it is slow or do you mean it will not shut down?

I have seen AOL do this to Vista laptops. You might try manually ending all programs prior to shutting down.

Perhaps some other ideas in this Google:

    Or this:

Harfin. You have THREE anti-virus running!! I would think this is part of the problem, try stopping two of them as they will conflict with each other (Try Spyware doctor on its own as it also checks for malware etc).
Just a quick note also. You have just posted all the details anyone needs to gain access to your computer i.e. IP addresses, computer name etc. Might I suggest that you DO NOT give this information unless requested to help diagnose a fault and even then only the items you need to. I hope a very kind Moderator will take out the information or you can edit the post to remove it yourself, just do it as soon as possible for your own good.

No 2 lol AVG and Avast, spyware doctor is anti-spyware but yer that could make your computer take ages to shutdown, have you tried a system restore to take it back to before you was having problems?

I would suggest Spyware Doctor with AntiVirus all in one.
P.S. I wouldnt recommend using more than one antivirus, it could conflict and/or crash your PC
    Thanks Seywar
