I can't find any results or info on what this program is, norton keeps giving me popups about it wanting to know if I will allow or block it, but I can't find anything in yahoo or google serches as to what this even IS?

Any ideas?


For now I just have it marked as BLOCK, but heck it sits in my C windows folder and I wanna know what it is at least...

Windows Vista Premium, IE7, Norton Internet Security Suite 10
All updates done for windows norton and ie7 ran norton scans found nothing...
