I have Vista Home Premium. When I download a file from the internet I can't find it. The usual progres bar come up with the normal save to options. I can change all of those parameters i.e. Location to save teh file. I have tried the desktop, various existing folders and also new folders. I have even tried to save the downloads to other hard drives on the same computer, still the file can't be found.

Have you tried Firefox and if so is there a difference?
