when using vista after several postings i get NOT RESPONDING this happens all through the day, any ideas

Hi delboy, what security software are you running, or are you relying on the OS security? Have you taken a back up of your files and settings? Are you running a retail PC where the manufacturer has installed the software? Or have you installed it your self, and if you have installed it your self is it a Retail version or OEM? How much RAM and what is your CPU (a Intel pentium D should be OK) and can you provide what CPU, how much RAM you have.
