Unhappy Everything is saving to recovery??

HI there - I have two hard disk drives - Recovery (C) and OS (D)

My recovery is full and the OS is empty - I continue to get an error message saying my computer is full...

Earlier I had to reinstall everything because I forgot my password on the computer - not sure if this was happening then or if it's just now?

    Does anyone have any ideas??

I can't download many things because of this (I think!?!?!)

    Seona

What is the make and model of the computer?

    How exactly did you reinstall?

Your drives (or partitions) are reversed.

C: will always want to be and expect to be the Operating System.

How can you forget such an important password?

    It's a Dell AMD Athlon 64x2 Dual Core Processor 3800 + 2.01 GHZ

I have Windows Vista Home Basic

I also have Offic 2007 installed.

We re-installed vista with a re-install disc that came with the computer...

    Any ideas?

    We need these details.

Dell will have detailed recovery options. You appear to have reinstalled Vista onto the Recovery partition.
