I've just bought a new laptop with Windows Vista. I've tried installing Orange broadband. I get to the stage where I connect the modem (which only partially installs. The lights turn green, but never get round to flashing to show activity) and this is as far as I get. The phone line is working as I also have my home phone connected. Any ideas how I can progress?
