my ms mail is stuck on the folders page it wont change to the first page so i can change to another user i already did a restore but it was still on the folders page please help

Are you using Vista? If so what version?

Are you using MS Mail via Outlook? If so what version?

Is this the program you are using or is it another?

Vista replaced Outlook Express with Windows Mail. Is that what you are referring to?

MS Mail is an obsolete program but that is what you posted.

I tried the link you provided as I have just posted a question in this forum(Moving email addresses into Windows Mail) that might be answered in the group you suggest. However, I cannot get the link to work - is it correct please?

Edit: Many apologises the link works OK now, perhaps I was too impatient to wait - it took a long time loading.
