I have Vista Home Premium installed. I was able to access Advanced System Setting after the Vista installation. I subscribed to Windows Live One Care and now I am unable to activate Advanced System Settings and System Protection. After scouring Microsoft and the internet I am unable find any info explane why or how to correct this problem.
