It keeps on crashing for no reason at all. I hate it! And no I do not have specific details.

Ok, i take it you mean your computer keeps Crashing, can you please give us some details, first we need to know what operating system you use (XP, windows 2000 etc.) and if so any chance so can post a spec of the computer (control panel -> system) your details will show there

also what do you mean crashing, does the whole computer freeze or just certain programs?
