IE keeps cycling off. Turn it back on - gone in 5 more seconds. I will admit to being a newbie, but this one has me. Any Help would be appreciated. Thanks.

If this is a new problem try a System Restore to a point when IE7 was working OK.
start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
