    Installing Vista

So I just got Windows Vista Ultimate this past weekend and when to install it on my computer. I was extremely excited and I installed in on my computer. It ran through the install process great and it loaded up vista. I could see everything fine, I looks awesome BTW. Then once I installed all the drivers and restarted it didn't start up. My monitor said it had no signal, but the computer was still on and running.

This upset me because I recently got a new motherboard and swore it was Vista Ready. It is a Biostar K8M800 with AMD processor. My monitor comes out of the HD port of a Radeon 9600 Pro, and too make sure it was not a problem with the HD I hooked another monitor up to the normal port. You'd think if it was not Vista Ready I wouldn't have gotten on after it stared up.

    Please help.

Did you install the ATI Vista drivers?

Can you boot into Safe Mode with Networking?

If so try uninstalling and reinstalling the ATI Vista drivers:

Well, I know for a fact that I can start up in safe mode, so I'll see if I can do that.

    EDIT:
Ok, I went to that site and it said that it was unnavailable sorry for the inconvinence.

This is what gets me, I'm litteraly in Windows Vista right now, not safe mode. But thats only beceause I just installed it again, and as soon as I turn off my computer and turn it back on I won't be able to get back into Vista!
