Windows 32 issues - wiped computer! Help please

Hi there please can anyone help me with this?

I was on the internet this morning with no problems. My firewall flashed up and said that a file had recently been modified that was trying to access the internet - I think it was \\system32\\sass - I didn't recognise it so I chose to deny access and basically the following happened:

Everything on my desktop has been wiped other than the recycle bin.

It bought up several error messages which said the following:

Failed to save all the components for the file .......................... The file is corrupted or unreadable. This error may be caused by a PC hardware problem.

    the files were as follows:

    \\system32\\00000365
    \\system32\\00004c1b
    \\system32\\0000474d
    \\system32\\00005267
    \\system32\\000030e0
    \\system32\\00007beb
    \\system32\\00005a74
    \\system32\\0000584b
    \\system32\\00007ce7
    \\system32\\00003b70
    \\system32\\00003585
    \\system32\\0000440d
    \\system32\\00006bb2
    \\system32\\00005e3e
    \\system32\\00006e89
    \\system32\\000004d0
    \\system32\\00007ef0
    \\system32\\00002515
    \\system32\\000044d0
    \\system32\\00007049
    \\system32\\00003673

It brought up a System Check and the following report was produced:

PC Performance & Stability Analysis Report

Hard drive rotational speed decreased by 20% - Critical
Drive C initialising error - warning
Disk drive C:\ is unreadable - Critical
System files are damaged. System is unstable - Warning
GPU RAM temperature is critically high. Urgent RAM memory optimization is required t... - Warning
The problem may cause errors while loading your operating system - Warning
RAM memory speed decreased significantly and may cause a system failure - Critical
Hard drive does no correspond to system requirements - Critical
Damaged hard drive clusers detected. Private data is at risk. Restore required - Critical
C:\system32\drivers is damaged. This problem may cause a system failure - warning
Hard drive rotational speeds exceeds system limits and may cause a system failure - Critical
Boot sector of hard drive is damaged - Critical
Hard drive space less than technical limits - Critical
RAM memory temperatureis 83c optimization is required for normal RAM functioning - warning

It suggests running a fix which I did and it fixed some of the issues but then it says to fix the others I need to "upgrade" to the full program and takes me to a secure payment site. I didn't do this!

After this in the bottom right it comes up with

    Files Indextion Process Failed.

    Indextion process failure may cause:
    - file may become unreadable
    - Files and documents can be lost
    - Operation system may slow down dramatically

To prevent possible damage to this PC follow the recommendations.

Recommendations - it is highly recommended to run file integrity checker now and resolve the issue.

    I haven't done this.

It has also brought up the following messages:

    CRITICAL ERROR
Can't detect free hard drive space. Hard drive error.

Hard drive clusters are particially damaged. Segment load failure.

In general the computer has been running fine. It did install a number of windows upgrades the other day but has been working fine since this. A couple of days a go I opened a file that was sent to me via email (from a reliable source so I don't think it was sent maliciously) and our antivirus flashed up saying that a trojan had been detected and dealt with. It has been ok since then. Before all this happened I was on sites I normally go on on the internet.

Please can anyone shed any light on what has happened and what I need to do. Everything on the computer has been wiped off. I can access the control panel etc but all other programs are empty, even my antivirus is empty which is worrying. Luckily I can use my daughters laptop to ask you for help but obviously I need to sort it if possible.

    Thanks in advance.

See if you can do a System Restore via the System Recovery Options at Boot.
