i have windows 7 in this when i pluged in my usb device usb device not recognized or device driver softwer was not successfully installed what can i do for working my device properly.

Did you try all available USB ports? Does anything show up in 'device manager'?

Many devices often may be able to load a default driver but that is not always the case.
