I was wondering if anyone knows of a shortcut to place the cursor in Internet Explorers address bar. Windows has shortcuts for a thousand other items but can't find on for that. TIA

Well, pressing Tab a few dozen times will cycle through and eventually get to the Address Bar. Ctrl-o opens a new Address box. But I think Ctrl-l does what you want (that's a lower case "L") or Alt-d works too.

Cool ---- I didn't know that. Alt+d works with Firefox and Seamonkey too. One less time I have to move from keyboard to mouse and back.

Surprisingly, there are many undocumented. For example, here is the list for IE5.5 and many work on newer versions of IE, including IE9 but are not included in the list of IE9 Shortcuts.
