I just noticed there are two internet Explorer, 32b and 64b. I have Norton internet security and just noticed the Identity safe doesn't install on the 64bit version. is this a fault with norton or can I get it to install in both. TIA

It is likely a problem with Norton since IE 64-bit works fine. However, even if you run 64-bit everywhere else, running 32-bit IE is fine, in part by what you have discovered - not all add-ons come in 64-bit versions.
