Hello!

My friend has a problem with his laptop, it's a HP Compaq. Stats are pretty good and it's only like a half year old. So it's pretty new. My friend told me that his laptop has been slow lately and something jumps on the screen and minimizes any program that is active: games, web browser, etc. But the main prob is that it jumps to the screen for only like a split second, so we are unable to figure out what it even is what's causing the problem. When it starts it will do it like in every minute. He tought it was a virus and scanned and scanned. He had Norton antivirus when he told me this and I tried with Avast too - nothing.

Any ideas?

A little update about this laptop. It's actually 2 moths old, which means like it's brand new. It's HP Compaq Presario CQ56.

Stats: Intel Celeron Dual-Core CPU T3500 2,10 Ghz
RAM: 2GB
Graphix: Mobile Intel GMA 4500M
64 bit
