I'm sure this has probably been asked, but I have not yet found any way to solve my RAM issue.

Basically, I have Win7 64bit Ultimate installed on a machine with the following spec:
1.5TB HDD
8GB of Corsair 1066MHz RAM
nVidia 9800GT Graphics Card

However, then I go to the system properties menu I see the following (attached image):
"Installed Memory (RAM): 8.00GB (3.19GB Usable)"

Why am I seeing this?
