Hi Folks,

I'm using a laptop with Windows 7 and am trying to make a back up of my hard drive.

I've got a Freecom 33577 Mobile External Hard Drive which came with Nero BackItUp and when I try to back up I get an error message - see attached image.

Any ideas what may be wrong?

Did you format & create an active partition?
