So here comes the main problem

Actually I just get my PC back (as the fan was burnt previously)
And then I found that whenever I open photos, blue screen appears.
And also when I go to youtube, press the "full screen" button, blue screen
Warcraft3, blue screen
3D flash game,(yeah, just flash game on the Internet) blue screen again…)=

So I wrote down what appeared on the blue screen and here it is

(and then lots of unnecessary words)

Several posts I found for this problem indicate ATI Tray Tools is the cause. Try removing it and see if that helps.

actually I didn't install ATI Tray Tools,
but then I try to install it in order to see if I'll find sth
and then I find that I can't open it after installing it.
a box appear when I open it said
"access violation at address 006160AF in module 'atitray.exe' Read of address 00000004"

what does it mean 0.0?
