    Question hardware-scanner won't function in Windows 7 32 bit or 64 bit

    D-A-L Hardware Scan
    I followed directions and the install went right up to the program that does the work, then stops. I have used it on Windows XP with no problem.

    Hi, the scanner is not currently compatible with Windows 7 I'm afraid, it only supports up to XP.
