Windows 7 late start up.....
My system was working cool guys....suddenly I have a start up problem...only if I get into bios and restart, It works fine...what is the issue? I don't change anything in bios..just I exit without saving changes...

You really have not told us much about your problem, and we know nothing of your computer. Did you try Saving and Exit instead of just exiting? How old is this computer? My first thought is the battery is no longer strong enough to hold the CMOS settings. At this point, I recommend you power down and unplug the computer from the wall, open the side panel, touch bare metal of the case to discharge any static in your body, then carefully remove the battery, observing the polarity (where the + sign is).
They typically are CR2032 wafer batteries and can be found at most any battery/camera/watch counter. Take old one with you as most counters recycle.
Do NOT touch new battery with bare fingers as skin oils promote corrosion and attract dust - I put a clean sock over my hand. Insert new battery, again observing polarity.
Ensure interior is clean of heat trapping dust, all cables are securely fastened and routed to minimize restricting front to back air flow.
Reconnect power and boot directly into the BIOS Setup Menu. Reset date and time and ensure drives are detected. Then Save and Exit to [hopefully] boot normally.

Hi,
To fix this problem, first boot your system in Safe Mode.
For that, restart your computer and press the F8 button continuously while restarting.
Once it restarts in Safe Mode click the ‘Start’ button and select ‘Run’.
Then type ‘msconfig’ in ‘Run’ command box.
Then disable everything in ‘Startup’ and ‘Service’ tabs other than Microsoft services.
Then restart the system in Normal Mode and you can start your computer without any problem.

If the bios settings are resetting that isn't a problem with windows. The most likely cause is that the battery is dead because it is the battery that causes the computer to retain those settings. Without the battery it can't retain the settings after being powered off.

Hi,
The details about the settings and options of Windows 7 is stored in the Windows registry. Your registry might get corrupted due to many reasons and the error in the registry might affect your entire system and might slow down booting time. It plays a major role in the function of your system and you need to clean the registry in order to remove the corrupted files. You could use registry cleaner software to speed up the booting time of the system. The startup time might speed up after the process of registry cleaning.

@pctech33 - please take note of the threads you respond to. The OP has never returned to this thread and has not responded to your own last post. And the last response was over a month ago. In these case, it is best to just let them go. Thanks.
