Your problem may be related to your current network card. See here:
[Solved] Upload freezing problem HELP! - Network-General-Discussions - General-Networking
May be necessary to try an alternate card (wireless USB?)
i have tried with lan and friends usb stick for internet but problem still there
dont know wts wrong ??
But, were the drivers vendor specific or default Microsoft drivers - could make a whole lot of difference.tried with lan and friends usb stick
Check vendor properties in 'device manager' for your network adapter (Driver TAB - driver provider).
hi
i have checked and it was microsoft
then i downloaded driver from intel (for wifi) and marvel (for ethernet)
then i installed it and restarted pc
and tried uploading , but still same problem
dont know wts wrong with pc
pls help
Have you considered trying a different router (or resetting it) or access Internet without using your router? That might eliminate the possibility of a faulty chipset component or setting in you router should that be the case.
Also, you might want to check this out if you use NOD32 or AVG (with Linkscanner):

tried without router (LAN)
same problem.
i use only microsoft security essential as my antivirus
MSE is fine.
Any errors in Device Manager?
Just so I understand, you can connect to the Internet just fine. And your computer works fine otherwise. Your only problem is when you try to upload a file - correct?
