You can try this:
Hit Windows and the R keys at the same time.
Type in:
C:\Program Files\Dell Support Center
Look for uninst.exe in the Dell Support Center folder
Double-click that file and see if running this will fix the problem.
REMEMBER, uninst.exe must be in the Dell Support Center folder, or you might remove the wrong program!
If you don't find uninst.exe in that folder, search the entire hard drive for *.msi (including hidden and system files) to
find ALL Windows application INSTALLER programs.
Identify the one specific for Dell Support Center and run that. The latest version of the Dell Support Center .msi has an UNinstall option, if it finds that the app is already installed.
