Everytime I want to open a program, istead of it just coming up my computer asks me what program I want to use to open it with. The only options it gives me is Internet Explorer, Internet Explorer add on and word pad. Therefore i can not download anything either, and my computer needs and anti-virsus but i cant download it. Will someone please help me.
