Hope someone can help!

Some weeks ago, I recieved an automated Windows 7 update to my PC, following this update I have been unable to access the internet from Windows IE, I have installedFirefox but this still didn't resolve the issue, the basic diagnostic tools on this HP PC did not diagnose any issue.

Can anyone help my letting me know what checks I can do to diagnose the issue?

My internet connection works from another Laptop.

Have you tried uninstalling the Windows update that you think caused the problem? See
