Hello, I am having some serious problems with my computer - it seems to have blocked all access to my email, spyware and anti virus programmes. Any suggestions for what I can do?

I've tried downloading new software but it won't allow me to open it - always goes to the 'open with' screen which doesn't have the correct files (it should just allow me to run the file).
